Mein Beratungskonzept: Advisory is about Communication, speaking and understanding the same language is crucial for good and fruitful communication and cooperation. I offer advisory in Czech, English, and German languages. Openness and information sharing is essential for reaching the goal of the advisory visit – preparing a conversional plan that will help the farm to develop and get Demeter certified. It is also important to understand and reflect the specific situation of the farm. What are the strengths and challenges? Advisory is about Inspiring people. Showing new methods and potential solutions are beneficial for both parties. It forms a bridge between us. We learn from and inspire each other. Freedom of the farmer to choose what happens with his/her land is fundamental, he/she is the decision maker. My part is to be patient and support them as good as I can and help them to find solutions that fit for the particular situation. Implementation of the conversion plan is a next crucial step and needs to be done by the farmer. I am following up the progress and provide my experience, skills, knowledge, and support wherever needed. I show what is thought, said, taught or given in Biodynamic Agriculture and Anthroposophy as far as I know about it. I leave everybody free to decide whether he /she wants to get involved. 

Poradenství je o komunikaci, pro kterou je třeba domluvit se společným jazykem. Já nabízím poradenství v českém, anglickém a německém jazyce. Pro dosažení cíle, tedy přípravy plánu konverze, který pomůže farmě k přechodu na biodynamiku a získání certifikátu Demeter je třeba otevřenost obou stran. Důležité je také pochopit a zohlednit konkrétní situace farmy. Jaké jsou její silné stránky, co je třeba dopilovat? Poradenství má schopnost inspirovat, poukázat na nové metody a možná řešení. Vzájemně se obohacujeme, přinášíme své znalosti a zkušenosti, a společně hledáme vhodná řešení. Tím, kdo má poslední slovo je ale samozřejmě majitel farmy, jen ten/ta je tím kdo ve finále rozhoduje. Mojí úlohou je maximálně pomoci a podpořit jeho/její snahu o přechod na biodynamický způsob hospodaření. I samotná realizace domluveného plánu je v rukou zemědělce. Samozřejmě se na mě může kdykoli obrátit o radu, podporu a konzultaci. Rád vysvětlím svůj pohled na biodynamiku i základy Antroposofie, nikomu ale nic nenutím. Každý má právo rozhodnout se samostatně zda a jak se zapojit.
