Advisory Concept

My consulting approach follows a clear and structured process. It begins with preparing an offer and reaching an agreement with the client regarding the scope of the initial consultation, including service definitions and financial terms. At the beginning of each engagement—typically on an annual basis—objectives are jointly set out in a consulting plan. A major focus of my work is the development of conversion plans in accordance with Demeter standards, tailored to the specific conditions and potential of each farm. Upon request, I also support farms and companies in strategic development planning, including elements of business planning when relevant to their growth and certification goals. Since I operate internationally, I dedicate time to thoroughly studying the local context—including geography, climate, culture, and legal frameworks—before the first visit. I also actively seek contact with national biodynamic associations and colleagues in the region to build strong local connections. Additionally, I am committed to fostering networks and linking successful biodynamic projects with potential customers, partners, and initiatives, helping to strengthen the broader biodynamic movement. Prior to any on-site consultation, I request essential farm data, including geographic coordinates, to get an initial understanding of the farm location and socioeconomic surroundings.
