Do you want to know more about my working approach?

My advisory concept: I provide independent professional advisory services.
My aim is empowering the farmer so that, as soon as possible, he/she does not need my support any longer.
My attitude is open-minded and of respect, honesty, appreciation, cooperation, responsibility and constant improvement.
I listen well to the other, and try to feel and understand their difficulties, wants, aims, as well as the essence of the project, so that I can better serve.
After a comprehensive understanding of the present situation, I intend to provide a proposal which addresses the particular needs and circumstances, and that is reasonable and practical. I assert what in my view is needed or important, but it is up to the client to decide.
The farmer has my support in the path that he/she has chosen.
Throughout the process, I keep exchanging with the farmer/farm team and getting their feedback. I stay flexible and make changes when needed.
If I find it necessary/important, I make recommendations not only regarding biodynamics, but also about agronomic or agroecology aspects.
For important changes where I see different possible solutions, I share and discuss with the farmer about the whys, expected outcomes, pros and cons of each one, so that he/she can take the decision which suits them the best.
Regarding conversion to Demeter standards, I provide comprehensive and practical conversion plans, with a good application of biodynamic principles. I also pay attention that they are well-structured and easy to understand. I clearly pinpoint what needs to be changed in order to comply with Demeter standards. I also make recommendations on other elements, and explain why. Special focus is made on measures addressing the critical points and weaknesses, in order to overcome them.
