I evaluate during my first visit , whether the project is ready to go for Demeter Certification in a sustained manner. Once I am satisfied with the project readiness and financial viability , then I play the role as a COACH of a Team , and guide the project staff to work according to a detailed and mutually agreed upon Demeter Conversion Plan , and to follow the standards of DEMETER certification, in letter and spirit.

I have established a fruit processing company in India in 1991 , and it was one of the first projects to be certified Demeter in India in 1995 . I have a good understanding of how to introduce Biodynamic Farming ideas for Demeter projects in Asian countries , including 15 years of experience doing Biodynamic training & advisory work in China .
