My advisory concept: I evaluate during my first visit , whether the project is ready to go for Demeter Certification in a sustained manner. Once I am satisfied with the project readiness and financial viability , then I play the role as a COACH of a Team , and guide the project staff to work according to a detailed and mutually agreed upon Demeter Conversion Plan , and to follow the standards of DEMETER certification, in letter and spirit.
