Mein Beratungskonzept: My advisory approach in biodynamic agriculture is rooted in the understanding of the farm as a living organism, inspired by the work of Rudolf Steiner. I see advisory not as the transfer of technical knowledge, but as a process of awakening observation, responsibility, and inner connection within the farmer.

With over three decades of experience in agriculture, including extensive work in organic and biodynamic farming, my role as an advisor is to accompany farmers in their journey rather than instruct them. I believe that each farm is unique, and therefore, solutions cannot be standardized. My advisory process begins with careful observation of soil, plants, animals, and the surrounding environment, along with understanding the farmer’s intentions, capacities, and challenges.

I emphasize participatory learning, where farmers are encouraged to observe, reflect, and develop their own insights. Through dialogue and field-based interactions, I support them in recognizing the relationships within their farm system. The use of biodynamic preparations, such as BD 500, is introduced not merely as a technique but as part of a deeper process of strengthening the life forces of the farm.

My advisory work is also guided by principles of Anthroposophy, which help me to integrate practical farming knowledge with a broader understanding of natural and cosmic rhythms. This requires continuous inner development, self-reflection, and sensitivity as an advisor.

I focus on long-term transformation rather than immediate results. My aim is to help farmers build self-reliant, resilient, and ecologically balanced farming systems. I also strive to strengthen their confidence so that they become independent decision-makers rather than dependent on external advice.

In essence, my advisory concept is relationship-based, observation-driven, and process-oriented. It is guided by respect for the individuality of each farm and farmer, and by a commitment to sustainable and conscious agricultural development.
