I also have my own wine-farm in Tuscany since 2006. The farm is called TERRE DI GIOTTO , 4,5 ha producing 10.000 bottles per year. The farm is Demeter Certified . Since 2010 i have also installed in my farm a laboratory of Sensible Cristallization
