- Beratung (auch Coaching, Supervision, Mentoring) ist Zuhören! In der Einzel-Beratung lasse ich mich auf mein Gegenüber ein und versuche mitzubekommen, was ihn oder sie beschäftigt, drückt, nötigt oder belastet. - Beratung ist Austauschen! Beratung ist Austausch zu Themen, welche das Gegenüber vorgibt. Die individuellen und gemeinsamen Erfahrungen haben Platz. Er oder sie erhält die Möglichkeit den Gang der Beratung zu bestimmen. - Beratung ist Lernen! Wir lernen voneinander, über Dinge und Vorgänge. Dadurch verbessern wir gemeinsam unsere Entscheidungsgrundlagen und begeistern uns gegenseitig. - Beratung ist ein Weg! Mein Gegenüber hat die Möglichkeit einen Weg zu wählen. Ich unterstütze dabei, soweit ich dazu stehen kann. Mein Gegenüber erfährt meine Haltung und bleibt frei sich zu entscheiden. Ich habe Geduld und kann mit unentschiedenen Situationen leben. - Beratung ist Umsetzung! Mein Gegenüber erhält meine Unterstützung auf dem von ihm oder ihr gewählten Weg. Meine Erfahrung, mein Können, meine Fähigkeiten stehen zur Verfügung. In der Gruppenberatung moderiere ich zwischen den Teilnehmern, ich lasse alle zu Wort kommen und achte auf eine faire Gesprächskultur für alle. Machtgefälle mache ich bewusst und lasse mich nicht für Manipulation einspannen. Daneben gelten auch die Prämissen der Einzelberatung. Ich zeige, was in der Biodynamischen Landwirtschaft und der Anthroposphie gedacht, gesagt, gelehrt oder vorgegeben wird. Ich lasse mein Gegenüber frei, ob er oder sie sich darauf einlassen will. - Advisory work (also coaching, supervision, mentoring) is listening! In individual counselling, I get involved with my counterpart and try to understand what he or she is preoccupied, pressed, forced or burdened by. - Advisory work is exchange! Consulting is an exchange on topics that the other person has given me. The individual and common experiences have their place. He or she is given the opportunity to determine the course of the consultation. - Advisory work is learning! We learn from each other, about things and processes. In this way, we improve our decision bases together and inspire each other. - Advisory work is a pathway! My counterpart has the possibility to choose a path. I support them as far as I can, stand by them. My counterpart experiences my attitude and remains free to decide. I have patience and can live with undecided situations. - Advisory work is implementation! My counterpart receives my support on the path chosen by him or her. My experience, my skills, my abilities are available. In group counselling I moderate between the participants, I let everyone have their say and I make sure that there is a fair culture of discussion for everyone. I make power differentials conscious and do not allow myself to be manipulated. In addition, the premises of the individual consultation also apply. I show what is thought, said, taught or given in Biodynamic Agriculture and Anthroposophy as far as I know about. I leave my counterpart free to decide whether he or she wants to get involved.
