The transformation of the whole is only possible if all the parts participate in the change. As advisor, I offer my services as a catalyzer for change, working from what each farm needs and what is appropriate to carry out biodynamic agriculture in that place and at that time. Based on a diagnostic of the situation, I can offer group or individual workshops, bringing together tools like group facilitation, goetheanistic observation, and chromatography (picture-forming, qualitative analysis) to help the farm protagonists perceive themselves in the process. Through this work, I hope to awaken an understanding in the client of the concrete actions that need to happen, and accompany these steps toward effective results. Practical workshops can also be provided to help train clients and farm personnel in technical aspects of biodynamic agriculture. I can also help clients who want to think through from scratch how to design and implement a farm plan.
Currently advising farms locally in Indonesia. Construction of an international biodynamic seed network, aiming to scale up organic and BD seed production, through a Seed Incubator project. Co-facilitator with BFDI for Asian Trainer's Working Group. Helping to promote and advance an Asian Seed Network and Asian Biodynamic Research Network. Qualitative analysis through chromatography for soil quality testing and other applications. Researching the application of flow forms locally.
Nearly 20 years of experience in biodynamic agriculture. Co-founder and farmer of "Valle Pintado" Farm, first Community Supported Farm in Argentina. More than 15 years in the Argentine Biodynamic Association (AABDA). In Germany, employed by Gaertnerei Willmann, Thomas Heinze, and Kultursaat eV in vegetable seed production and plant breeding (2015-17). Co-founder and director of "Constelacion Semillas" organic and biodynamic seed cooperative (2018-24). Currently participating on Steering Committee of IFOAM Seed Platform, and Participatory Plant Breeding Working Group for the Global Alliance for the Future of Food.
