Develop biodynamic agriculture with excellence and autonomy, understanding the individuality of the farmer, the people involved and the BD agricultural organism that he wants to develop. In a place where farmer and his farm organism are the protagonists in this trajectory. The consulting stages are built in a participatory way. The first step is make a Biodynamic Diagnosis (Farm diagnosis with biodynamic perspective), as a starting point for the consultancy. Thus, strategic elements for this project are traced, example: history, objectives and vision of the future, through the creation of thematic maps, transversal walk, observation of landscapes and resources, and use Pfeiffer circular chromatography. It is desirable to obtain in this process an earlier and present image farm, and the future image of the agricultural organism that is desired to be achieved. Based on the BD, a management Plan is made in order to meet the farmer aspirations and aims and favor the development a feasible project. A Plan with a schedule containing steps and actions is presented to the farmer and the team, to be developed in co-responsibility. With visibility, clearness of steps, and feasible solutions to the project. The Plan to establish the farm organism is proposed in the medium to long term, the farmer and the team achieve autonomy and independence in their processes. The visits are proposed to carried out on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis, taking place in periods of equinoxes/solstices for BD preparation practices. One of the goals as a consultant is to build BD knowledge on topics focused on the local reality, with workshops, courses and training, with the farmer, his family and the team. The performance assessment comprises a step in this process, before each visit is dialogued. When finished a farm or crop cycle, generally one year, an assessment of the farm organism and project is carried out, with analysis and biodynamic indicators such as developed practices, autonomy, viability, soil and organism vitality (through Pfeiffer chromatography), among other indicators inherent to each reality. With this, we get in evidence the points that need attention, challenges and conquests. Now we proceed with new phase and projects for the farm organism with more conscience.
