My advisory methodology is based on the concept of coaching/accompanying the members of the project’s team to be advisors & trainers themselves to empower them to manage the project on Biodynamic Principals & Practices with the goal of the project becoming a self-sufficient farm organisation.This approach starts with a viability study on the market of the produce and an attempt to build a mutually beneficial relationship based on Associative Economics principle with prospective purchasers/markets of the produce locally & internationally, at the start of the project itself.

My advisory concept: Bring an expertise to the projects in biodiversity management by following a structured approach consisting of a baseline assessment, setting SMART goals along with the producers, selection & implementation of the selected (together) measures and establishing a monitoring mechanism. Co-creating a dynamic conversion plan (four fold and seven life processes), as part of an emerging future of advising.
